I'm so happy to have found this! I work full-time, and live with other people who wouldn't want to hear me floundering around when I have a chance to excercise late at night. 😂 I've also been struggling with ankle problems, and staying motivated to keep moving to assist weight loss. I knew of chair workouts but any I've tried haven't been challenging enough. I used to take zumba at a fitness center years ago and love it so much I've been trying to figure out a way to do it again. Thank you for making chair zumba! These videos solve all my problems (excuses😂) to not work out!

I am a breast cancer survivor. Struggle with lymphedema. They removed lymph nodes for the mastectomy. This workout helped me so so much. I thank you. The first night I did this. I had to get up 5 times that night for a RR break. 🤭🤭 it worked out all the fluid. I feel good.

In the second hearing, respectfully, the garage might very well change the character of the neighborhood. The other houses don't even have garages.

I started watching you this week. and I wish I could do some of these things. I had a knee injury in 2001 from a ice storm while going to work, my right knee has torn, bone on bone and now I can't get surgery, only a Cordarone shot in a few months. I just turned 69 in December 20022, and the only exercise I can do is sitting, but I have exercise equipment and Therapy equipment from a job related hip injury in 20017, Michelle I have been in a in and run bike accident in 1974, broke my right ankle, two car accidents with my father in 1982. and other car accident in 1989. when I was living with my sister and her husband and daughter she was 3 years in Atlanta Georgia. whipp lash. I use to be healthy and doing high intensity walking every morning and evening, in 2002. I always be heavy when I 15 in 1969, but my sister came to visit my parents from California in 2002, and took me on a power walking. at the time I weight 189lbs. but I started using a diet supplement Hydrocey cut. and started walking snd got my weight down to 147lbs. I have a picture of me that same year. now I try to work out with bands, a door exerciser and just ordered a set of 5pounds hand weights. I also have door bands in different streghts from 10lbs to 40lbs. I weight my self once a week, my weight scale shows me everything. and i hardly use the only when I need it, since my sister brought me a air fryer in November. I use it like crazy and brought air fryer cook books, my weight is the same as it was back in 2002, my lowest is 138, and my normal weight is 147 or 148 lbs. 😊😊😊.

I love this all ready, I have a Zuma work out DVD, but I haven't watched it in a while, that song by Jlo was my high intensity walking tape, I had a walk man tape player in 2001. and this was my jam!, I been doing sitting exercises for a couple of, and I found some that I like. different types of music, some with bands, hand weights. Stretch bands, pilate exercise and ordered them all on Amazon. I'm watching your exercise video right now. and once I watched it for one or two times and like what I see . I will make a comment on to you on how it helped me. so see you tomorrow morning. P.S. do you do standing behind the chair for leg, and hip exercises?.😊and loungers
